Competition Operations
Bring fixture schedules, organizer responsibilities, venue dependencies, and authorized changes into one scoped operating workflow for the organizations delivering an event.
Competition organizers retain decision authority. A schedule or check status is never a venue safety certification.

Competition operations software supports the planning, assignment and review of the fixtures and decisions managed by competition organizers. Zoiko Sports is being developed to connect this organizer-side context with participating clubs and venues, while each organization retains its own access and authority.

A revised start time can reach the competition office while venue access plans and club travel arrangements still reflect the old schedule.

02
When a schedule changes, it is not always clear who owns the next action or who is authorized to approve it.
03
Reviewing a fixture afterward is harder when the reason, approver and timing are split across separate channels.
The operating view begins with the agreed fixture context and the organizations authorized to contribute.

Competition, fixture, venue and event are treated as separate concepts; a fixture may be part of a competition, but exact cardinality is proposed pending product and architecture decisions.
The organizer and venue coordinate relevant information. The authorized venue team retains control of local operational and safety decisions.

Venue owns
A shared fixture view never implies the organizer holds venue-side authority, or that the venue has approved a change merely by requesting it.
A requested change is distinct from an authorized decision, and the resulting schedule version carries its own history.

Start time changed 12:15 → 12:25 PDT. Approved by: Competition Director / Riverside League. Recorded 12:15 PDT.

A later correction is recorded alongside the original and marked superseded — never silently overwritten. EX-104 and EX-105 are fictional source records.
A published schedule revision, a queued notice, a delivered message and a human acknowledgment are tracked as distinct events.

A participating organization sees the records and actions its approved role and event scope allow.
Sees the full competition schedule and requested changes within its own events.
Sees relevant shared fixture updates for its own participation, not other clubs’ restricted details.
Sees fixture dependencies that affect local operations, scoped to its own venue.
Sees limited evidence for review; restricted records are marked, not silently hidden.
Pilot scoping identifies the source schedules, approved data exchange, update ownership and fallback procedure — Zoiko Sports connects existing systems rather than assuming replacement.
